Welcome to RF AXION! Every member is expected to read, understand, and follow these rules. Our goal is to maintain a community where everyone can enjoy themselves without crossing boundaries or endangering others.
These rules apply to EVERYONE, regardless of rank, role, status, or relationship with the staff. No one is above the rules.

1. RESPECT ALL MEMBERS
Treat other members with basic respect.
No bullying, harassment, intimidation, or malicious behavior.
Respect personal boundaries and know when to stop.
Do not deliberately provoke members to create unnecessary drama.
2. NO SPAMMING OR CHAT FLOODING
Do not flood channels with repeated messages, emojis, stickers, or GIFs.
Avoid excessive tagging, mass mentions, or repeatedly pinging staff.
Do not use bots or other methods to disrupt the server.
3. USE THE CORRECT CHANNELS
Keep discussions in their designated channels.
Use the appropriate channels for questions, media, announcements, gaming, and other topics.
Trashtalking and flaming are permitted ONLY in the designated Flame Chat channel.
Do not disrupt unrelated channels with arguments or spam.
4. NO NSFW OR EXPLICIT CONTENT
No pornographic, sexually explicit, or prohibited NSFW content.
Do not post inappropriate images, videos, links, or files.
Follow Discord's rules regarding prohibited content.
5. TRASHTALKING, FLAMING & TOXIC BEHAVIOR
Trashtalking, roasting, banter, and competitive arguments are allowed ONLY in Flame Chat, subject to the following rules:
Flame Chat Only: Keep all trashtalking and heated arguments inside Flame Chat.
Friendly Roasting Is Allowed: Insults and banter directed at willing participants are acceptable within reasonable limits.
Respect Boundaries: If someone clearly tells you to stop targeting them, stop.
NO FAMILY INSULTS — AUTOMATIC BAN: Insulting, degrading, threatening, or deliberately dragging a member's family or family members into an argument is strictly prohibited. Any violation results in an automatic ban, regardless of who you are.
NO IRL INFORMATION TARGETING — AUTOMATIC BAN: Revealing, threatening to reveal, or weaponizing a player's real-life information to target, intimidate, threaten, embarrass, or harass them is strictly prohibited. This includes addresses, phone numbers, private accounts, workplaces, schools, and other identifying information. Any violation results in an automatic ban, regardless of rank, role, or status.
No Serious Threats or Discrimination: Genuine threats, hateful conduct, and targeted harassment are not excused by the fact that they happen in Flame Chat.
No Taking Flame Wars Outside: Do not continue disputes through DMs or other channels, or recruit others to harass someone.
No Excuses: Saying "it's just a joke" or "it's Flame Chat" does not exempt anyone from punishment.
6. NO HARASSMENT, THREATS, OR BULLYING
Do not repeatedly target, intimidate, or humiliate members outside consensual banter.
Do not organize group harassment or encourage others to attack a member.
Do not threaten physical violence or encourage real-life harm.
Do not use alternate accounts to evade moderation.
7. NO UNAUTHORIZED ADVERTISING
Do not advertise other Discord servers, social media accounts, products, or services without staff permission.
Do not send unsolicited promotional links through DMs to server members.
8. PROTECT PRIVACY
Never share another member's private or identifying information without consent.
Do not publish private conversations or personal images to humiliate or threaten someone.
Do not attempt to identify, track, expose, or contact members in real life to intimidate them.
Report privacy violations to moderators immediately.
Doxxing or maliciously targeting a player using IRL information results in an automatic ban.
9. NO IMPERSONATION OR DECEPTION
Do not impersonate the owner, administrators, moderators, or other members.
Do not falsely claim to have permissions or authority.
Do not fabricate screenshots or evidence to get another member punished.
10. RESPECT STAFF AND MODERATION
Follow legitimate moderator instructions.
Do not abuse staff pings or disrupt moderation.
Appeal punishments respectfully through the appropriate channel.
Staff members must also follow these rules.
No staff member may use their rank or friendships to escape accountability.
11. VOICE CHAT ETIQUETTE
Do not mic-spam, blast excessively loud audio, or intentionally disrupt voice channels.
Do not repeatedly interrupt others or use soundboards to harass members.
Respect privacy and applicable consent rules when recording or sharing conversations.
12. NO SCAMMING, PHISHING, OR MALICIOUS LINKS
Do not scam, phish, steal accounts, or deceive members into revealing credentials.
Do not distribute malware, suspicious files, or malicious links.
Report suspicious activity to staff.
13. NO FALSE REPORTS OR FABRICATED EVIDENCE
Do not submit false reports to get someone punished.
Do not edit or fabricate evidence to mislead moderators.
Do not deliberately frame another member for a violation.
Honest mistakes in reporting are not intentional false reports.
14. FOLLOW DISCORD'S TERMS AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
All members must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Do not engage in prohibited activity using RF or its associated channels.
Server rules do not override Discord's platform-wide policies.

SERVER PUNISHMENT POLICY
Minor first offense: Warning.
Repeated minor offenses: Timeout.
Continued violations: Kick or temporary ban.
Serious violations: Immediate ban.
Insulting or targeting family members: Automatic ban.
Targeting, exposing, or weaponizing a player's IRL information: Automatic ban.
Automatic bans apply to everyone without exception, including owners, administrators, moderators, VIPs, friends, and long-time members.
Staff may review evidence to confirm what happened, but rank or personal relationships do not excuse confirmed violations. Fabricated evidence must not be used to punish anyone.
